BEHIND THE MOTION
The gamer in me had a question.
How much of a game could I build entirely inside Rive? Archery Master is my answer: a fast, playful bullseye challenge inspired by the energy of Brawl Stars. This is an independent personal experiment, with no affiliation to Brawl Stars or Supercell.
The state machine is the game.
The aiming interaction, animation states, and score calculation live inside the Rive file. Data binding connects the game's state to what you see, so the website hosts the experience while Rive runs the game.
Play is a useful way to learn.
Building a small game pushed me beyond linear animation into reactive systems. That same thinking carries into product work: an interface needs to handle what a person does next, not just what a designer expected them to do.
